英訳１：attachは「添付する」、take a lookは「見る」という意味です。
feel free to ...は「自由に…してください」というときの定番フレーズです。「いつでも遠慮なく電話してください」なら、feel free to call me anytime.などと言えます。
英訳２：draftは「草稿」、editは「編集する」という意味です。
英訳３：attachmentは「添付ファイル」、to sound more naturalは「もっと自然に聞こえるように」という意味です。
① Attached is my proposal but please go ahead and amend as you see fit
② I'd appreciate it if you could proofread my attached proposal.
英文を直してもらうのは「proofreading」です。従って、英文訂正を依頼するなら「② I'd appreciate it if you could proofread my attached proposal.」が良いと思います。
しかしながら、英文訂正よりも、「洗練してください」というニュアンスでしたら、「① Attached is my proposal but please go ahead and amend as you see fit」を推奨します。
「as you see fit」は「貴方が適切に思うように」という意味です。「amend」は訂正なので、これで上手に質問者様のニュアンスが伝わると思います。
