How is the weather today?
What's the forecast for today?
What will the weather be like today?

シンプルに「今日の天気は何？」であれば、 How is the weather? になります。他の言うとしたら、「天気予報」のweather forcastのforcastを使って What's the forecast for today? でもよいです。これからどんな天気になる？であれば、 What will the weather be like today? であったり今日の天気がどうなるか知っていますか？（YesかNoのクエッション）であれば、 Do you know what the weather will be like today? とも言えます。

こんにちは。天気を聞くときは「How's the weather today?」が使われます。 A：How's the weather today? A：今日の天気はどうですか？ B：The weather today is humid. B：今日は蒸し暑いです。参考になれば嬉しいです。

1) How's the weather today? 今日の天気はどんな感じ？ 2) What is the weather like today? 今日の天気はどんな感じ？上記どちらも「今日の天気は？」のようなニュアンスで使うことができます。 weather は「天気」という意味です。
