友達に悪いことを強要されても断れる強い心が大事だと感じたって英語でなんて言うの？

1) I think it's important to be able to say no to your friends when they ask you to do something you shouldn't.
「友達に悪いことをするよう誘われても、ノーと言えることが大切だと思う。」
be able to say no で「ノーと言える」＝「断れる」

2) People should be strong enough to say no to friends who try to get you to do something that is wrong.
「悪いことをさせようとする友達にノーと言えるだけの強さを持つべきだ。」
be strong enough to say no 「ノーと言うために十分強い」＝「ノーと言えるだけの強さがある」

no matter～　～とは関係なく、～とは問題なく
’他人が言ったこととは関係なく、自分自身が強くないといけない’という意味です。
強い心を、自分自身が強くないとという表現にしました。
