前泊って英語でなんて言うの？

ビジネスの出張で運営側は準備や片付けのために前泊、後泊しますが、「前泊」って英語で何ていうの？

Stay は泊まる事で、the night before は前日の事です。

stay (the night) = 泊まる、宿泊する
the night before = 前夜

例えば I will be staying the night before to set up the event. 「イベントの準備のために前泊します。」

もう一つの言い方のgoing だと「行きます」になりますから、「前の日から泊まっています」ではなくて「前の日から行きます」との意味です。

話相手のいる所行く場合は “coming”も使えます。

 例えば“Are you coming the night before?” 「前日の夜から来ますか？」
