「英語をマスターできたらいいけど、発音が難しすぎる。」
master には「十分に習得する・マスターする」という意味があり、完璧100％ではないかもしれないけれど、マスターするということは完璧に近いので、このようにも言えるかなと思います。
I wish I could perfect my English ....のように動詞の perfect「完全なものにする」を使っても言えます。
