1) Your toothbrush is all worn out because you chew it.
「あなたの歯ブラシは噛むからすぐ痛んじゃうね。」
wear out で「使い古す・擦切れる」という意味です。
chew で「噛む」
2) The bristles on your toothbrush are no good anymore because you keep biting them.
「あなたの歯ブラシの毛は噛むからもうダメになっちゃってるね。」
bristle は「（ブラシなどの）毛」
bite でも「噛む」という意味になります。
「ボサボサ」は
sticking out all over the place（あちこち向いているという意味）
not straight（まっすぐではないという意味）
を使って言うこともできます。
