Your English is really good, but do you still find it difficult?
「英語がすごく上手」というのは "your English is really (so, very) good" などと言うことができます。「それでも難しい（と思うの）？」は、"still"「まだ」を使って "do you still find it difficult?" と言えますね。"find もの・人+形容詞" で「（もの・人）を～だと（経験を通じて）思う、感じる」という意味があります。"find it+形容詞 to do" で「…することを～だと思う、感じる」という使い方もあります。（例：I found it fun to try new things.「新しいことに挑戦するのは楽しいと思いました」）

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
A: I studied abroad for 6 months, but I still can't carry on a conversation with a native English speaker.
「6ヶ月留学したけど、まだネイティブと会話を続けられない」
B: I thought you were pretty good at English, but you're saying it's hard even for you?
「あなたの英語は上手だと思ったけど、あなたでも難しいの？」
