「最新の」は "latest"（最も最近の）と言えますので、「最新の情報」は "latest information" と表現できます。「…についての最新の情報」であれば、"about" を使って、"latest information about..."と言えます。

「最新の情報を教えてください」と言いたい場合には、"Keep me updated"「新しい情報を与え続けてください」、"Keep me informed" 「知らせ続けてください」や "Keep me in the (communications) loop" 「コミュニケーションの輪に入れ続けてください」を使うと良いでしょう。
