「ボルダリング」は bouldering と言います。
boulder は「丸石・玉石」という意味です
1) My son is really into bouldering.
「息子はボルダリングに夢中です。」
be into で「夢中になっている・はまっている」
または下のようにも言えます。
My son is nuts about bouldering.
nuts about で「〜に夢中である・〜が大好きである」
My son is crazy about bouldering.
crazy about で「〜に夢中になっている・〜に熱中している」
