debutは、「デビューする」という意味です。
"musician"の部分はsinger「歌手」やartist「アーティスト」などに置き換えて言っても良いと思います。

「もし彼/彼女はコンテストで勝てば、事務所と契約して、音楽を売ることができるようになりますか？」
Will 〇〇 be able to ~ 「〇〇(人)は～することができるようになりますか？」、
sell musicで「曲を出す(売る)」
have a contract with~で、「～と契約をする」、agencyは「事務所」という意味です。
talent agency「タレント事務所」、model agency「モデル事務所」などとも言うことができます。
例：
Will the girl on TV debut as a professional singer if she win the contest?
「テレビに映っているその女の子は、もしコンテストで勝てば、プロの歌手としてデビューするのですか？」
