「輪に馴染む」は、

です。

「私は新しい学校に馴染めない。」
また、「日本人は直接思っていることを言わなかったり、空気を読む生き物なので外国人は日本人の輪に馴染むまでに時間がかかる」と伝えたい場合は、
"It takes time for foreigners to fit in because many Japanese are too shy to speak up."
「多くの日本人はシャイで自分の意見を言わないので外国人にとっては馴染みにくい。」
"We have unspoken social rules and it takes time for foreigners to fit in."
「私たち（日本人）は社会の中の暗黙の了解があるので外国人にとっては馴染みにくい。」
