「日本では、歩行者は右側通行、車両は左側通行です」って英語でなんて言うの？

もう少し短くするとすれば、このようにできるかと思いました。

他には：
In Japan, traffic moves on the left, and pedestrians walk on the right.
日本では、交通(車両)は左側を進み、歩行者は右側を歩く。

"In Japan, cars drive on the left side of the road while pedestrians are supposed to walk on the right side."は通じますし、そのまま使えると思います。

ちょっと短くて違う言い方ならこのように言えます：
In Japan, cars drive on the left side of the road while pedestrians should walk on the right.
この文の前半はそのままで、後半はare supposed toの代わりにshould(するべき)にしました。
また、walk on the right sideのsideを省略してもいいです。

おっしゃられている内容は、以下のようにも表現できると思いました(^_^)
In Japan, cars drive on the left side while pedestrians walk on the right.
「日本では車は左側を運転し、一方、歩行者は右側を歩く」
