例年通りって英語でなんて言うの？

例文一：

例年と同じく、夏に故郷に帰った。

I visited my hometown in the summer, just like every other year.
例年と同じく、夏に故郷に帰った。

・"year"のことを指摘してなくても良い場合なら、"as usual"だけで意味が通じるはずです。

・"as we do every year"の"we do"のところに様々な言葉を入れ替えることが出来ます。

・"just like every other year"はちょっとカジュアルな言い方です。"the same as every other year"はもうちょっと正式だと思います。

・"every other year"は「隔年」の意味もありますが、"just like every other year"は"just like"があるから明らかに「例年と同じく」を意味します。

「例年通り」は
the same as every year
the same as in the past
と言えます。
