になってって英語でなんて言うの？

1) Once I entered the working world I became quite busy.
「社会人になってかなり忙しくなった。」
「社会人になる」は become an adult や enter the working world と言います。
Once ~ で「〜になって」という表現方法になります。

2) After I started university I made lots of new friends.
「大学生になって友達がたくさんできた。」
「大学生になる」は start university
Once の代わりに After ~ でも「〜になって」と言うことができます。
