「フィート」の使い方はちょっとおかしいです。
単数形＝一つ＝「foot」
複数形＝一つ以上＝「feet」
なので、使うとき、「私の身長は6フィートです。」＝「I am six feet tall.」と言います。
が、「インチ」を含めると、例えば「私の身長は6フィート、8インチです。」の場合では「I am six feet, 9 inches tall.」や「I am six foot nine.」と言います。
「I am six foot nine.」の例で、「inches」と「tall」も言わず、「feet」が「foot」となります。理由がよく分かりませんがこの言い方は普通です。会話的な表現だからかもしれません。
