輝く　= 動詞 to shine
燦然　= 形容詞 brilliant, radiant, bright

(太陽が燦然と輝く)季節 = the season when (the sun shines brightly)

暑すぎ　= too hot
雰囲気　= atmosphere
暑すぎることもあるけど夏の雰囲気は好きです。
