I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
"Sorry for the trouble."と"Sorry for bothering you."
inconvenience = 不便、不都合
apologize = 謝る
bother = 邪魔をする、面倒をかける

Try to always be polite when communicating in a business setting. However, you do not need to explain a lot of detail as to why you are apologising as this may cause further upset. As long as the receiver knows that you are sorry for the trouble you have caused.
"I want to start by apologising.' is a great way to start the conversation when apologising and shows that you are addressing the problem straight away.
"I apologise for any inconvenience I may have caused you." is polite and not too specific perhaps if someone has gone out of their way to help you.
