君みたいな背の高い子が小学生なわけが無いって英語でなんて言うの？

〜なわけないだろうという時は、There's no way~ といいます。
「君みたいな背の高い子」は英語で A kid as tall as youと言います。Kidは少しカジュアルな言い方なので、他に「子」という時は Child や、性別がわかる時は boy や girlを使うといいです。

小学校＝elementary school, primary school
小学生＝ elementary school student, primary school student
これは国によって学校に通う年数などが違ったりもするので、いくつか言い方があります。どちらでも通じるはずです。

一つ目の回答は直訳となるのですが、二つ目の回答はすこし言い方を変えています。
You're too tall to be an elementary school student!
（小学生にしては背が高すぎるだろ！）
