If you wrap it around your finger(s) so tight, it will cut the circulation! It is losing color.
何かをきつく巻いたら、という言い方はtie XX around ◯○、もしくはwrap XX around ◯○というフレーズで表現するのがポピュラーです。
血が止まる、血流が止まる、という熟語は上記にも出ているstop the circulation/ cut the circulation と言います。
血色が悪くなる、（血が止まって）白くなるは get pale, やlose colorと言います。
