「食べ応えがある」と言うフレーズの直訳はできないのですが、「〇〇より満腹感が得られる」と言う意味では "...is more filling than..." というフレーズを使えます。
"Rice is more filling than bread." 「パンよりご飯の方が満腹感が得られる。」
「〇〇よりずっしり・こってりしてる」と言う意味で "...is more heavy than..." が使えます。
"Steak is more heavy than rice." 「ご飯よりステーキの方がこってりしてる。」
