"合わせる"や"調整する"は「adjust」となります。そちらの出した例の「align」は"一線、一列に並べる"と言う意訳になり「match」は"つり合わせる、匹敵する"と言う意訳になります。
位置は「position」で中央（部分）は「center」と表現します。
