何かを願うときは、I hope を使ってよく言います。
「うまくいく」は do well と言えるので
I hope I do well at ...
「成功する」は ... is successful と言えるので
I hope ... is successful.
を使って言うと良いでしょう。
I hope I do well at my interview.
「面接でうまくいくといいな。」
I hope the project is successful.
「プロジェクトが成功するといいな。」
=I hope we have good luck with the project.
のように言っても良いです。

"I hope things go well."
"Hope things go well."
です。
"I hope ~"/"Hope ~"は、「～だといいな」という感じで、自分の希望や願いを言う時に使います。主語の"I"が省略されることもあります。
"Hope my exam goes well"
「試験上手くいくといいな」
また、特定の事柄ではなく漠然と「全てが上手くいきますように」という場合は、
"I hope everything goes well."
です。
