When my boss is constantly on my back about something, I even lose my motivation.
He's always repeating the same thing over and over and it makes me lose my motivation instead of making me want to do something.
When someone is constantly breathing down your neck about something, you can even lose your motivation.
英訳１：「上司に口うるさく言われると、やる気もうせちゃう」
on one's backには文字通り「～の背中に乗って」という意味もあるのですが、もうひとつ「（人に）しつこく文句を言って」という意味もあります。当然、不快感を表すときに使われます。
英訳２：「彼はいつも同じことを何回も私に言うから、やる気を起こさせるどころか、やる気をそがれてしまいます」
もちろん、女性ならSheとなります。over and overは「何度も」です。makeは使役動詞で、make me lose my motivationで「私のモチベーションをなくさせる」となります。
英訳３：「常に一挙手一投足まで見られていると、やる気もなくなっちゃいますよね」
主語をHeやSheではなく、someoneとすることで、「一般論」として語るときの表現です。
breathe down one's neckは「（人に）付きまとう、（人を）厳しく監視する」という意味の慣用表現です。
その他の表現：
- If someone keeps telling you the same thing over and over, you end up losing your motivation, right?
- If your boss keeps repeating the same thing, it can make you lose whatever interest you had.
