自分なりに頑張れば結果はあとからついてくるって英語でなんて言うの？

「頑張る」は英語だと do your best , give it your best shot とかが近いと思います。直訳だと「ベストを尽くす」になりますが。意味は変わらないので。「結果」= results、「ついてくる」= follow なので、 If you do your best, the results will follow / If you give it your best shot, the results will follow ＝　ベストを尽くせば、結果がついてくる となります。
