があるためって英語でなんて言うの？

理由を述べる時の「〜があるため、〜のため」は because や as などを使って言うのが良いでしょう。

I can't make it tomorrow because I have an appointment.
「予定があるため明日は行けません。」
can't make it で「出席できない・参加できない」

I can't come to the meeting this afternoon as I have something to do.
「予定があるので午後の会議には出れません。」

「予定がある」は
I have an appointment
I have something to do
などと言えます。
