まだ落ちてるよーって英語でなんて言うの？

1) You still have some toys on the floor.
「まだ床におもちゃが落ちてるよ。」
you（ここではお子さん）を主語にして言う場合。

2) There are still some toys on the floor (that you have to clean up).
「片付けないといけないおもちゃがまだ床にあるよ。」
ここでは there are「〜がある」の後にくる toys が主語になっています。
