フンの始末を忘れずに、は以下のように英訳できます。

Clean after +動物、で糞などの処理をする、という意味。
Clean after の後には動名詞も入る事ができます。
例：Clean after playing with toys ＝おもちゃで遊んだ後、片づけをしなさい
２）Please pick up your dog's waste.
＝犬の糞を拾ってくださいね
動物の糞など、はっきり言いたくない方は「排泄物」として「○○'s waste」と表現する時もあります。
２）は否定文ではなく、肯定文で「忘れないでね」を表現してみました。

'Please clean up after your dog.' - This is more of a neutral way to ask someone to not leave dog poo; not polite or impolite.
'Make sure you clean up after your dog.' - This is a more forceful than polite way to ask someone not to leave dog poo.
