三日目って英語でなんて言うの？

「〜日目」は以下の通りです。通常の順番の数え方と同じになります。

First day = １日目
Second day = ２日目
Third day = ３日目
Fourth day = ４日目
Fifth day = ５日目
Sixth day = ６日目
Seventh day = ７日目
Eighth day = ８日目
Ninth day = ９日目
Tenth day = 10日目

１、２、３だけ first, second, third と違いますがそれ以降は th を最後につける感じです。

３は英語で three と言いますが、three day ですと間違ってますし、 three days というと「３日間」という意味になるのでご注意ください。また、カレンダーの日程を言う時も third を使います。たとえば、September third というと ９月３日　となります。

Today is the third day of the event.
今日はイベント三日目です。
