腹を十字に切るって英語でなんて言うの？

When performing seppuku/ suicide, a samurai would plunge the dagger into his left side and drag it across horizontally.
サムライが切腹/自殺を行うとき、まず短刀でお腹を刺し、左から右に切ります。

Then he would pull the dagger out and plunge it again into the pit of his stomach and cut downward forming a cross.
