「アイルランドの他の地域は」＝other regions of Ireland
「慣れ親しんだ英語」＝the English you're used to
「違いを感じる」＝feel differences/ feel a difference
慣れていない方にも地域間の違いは感じやすいと思いますのでその違いの内容を聞きたければ「What kind of differences are there between the English you use and that of people from other parts of Ireland or the UK？」と言えます。

それを聞いても、パッと来ないかもしれませんので例えを使って聞いた方が思い出させます。例えば、こう聞けます「What is different between the English people in Dublin speak, and that people in Cork speak?」（ダブリンの人が話す英語とコーク州の人の英語の違いは何がありますか？）

ちょっと直訳で長くてすみませんが、上記の文は普通に自然な言い方です。

より短く表現したいなら、Does their English feel kind of foreign?もいいと思います。ちょっと外国語に感じる？という意味です。
