take でも bring でもどちらでも大丈夫です。
I will bring it this week とも言えますし、 I will take it this week でも良いです。しかしどこかに持っていくというニュアンスをより出すのであれば、bring it to 〜 や take it to 〜 というと良いです。
this week だと「今週」という意味ですが、 sometime this week とか sometime during the week というと「今週中」「今週のいつか」というニュアンスになります。
「今週中に学校に写真を持っていきます」というのであれば、
I will bring the photo to school this week. または
I will take the picture to school sometime this week
となります。
