情報弱者、情報強者って英語でなんて言うの？

情報を知ってるか知らないかで、経済的にも、それ以外でも自分の人生で大きな違いが生まれてくる。　こんな感じのことを言いたいのですが。。。

英語では、「情報弱者」は「information poor」と言い、「情報強者」は「information rich」と言います。又、情報格差（情報通信技術を利用できる者と利用できな い者との間にある格差）は「digital divide」（デジタル・ディバイド）と言います。

例：
「情報弱者」なのか「情報強者」なのかで、経済的にも、それ以外でも自分の人生で大きな違いが生まれてくる。
