Can I get the third [cut of meat] from the back [front] in the second row from the left?
普段は、「～ください」は「Please give me」と英語で言いますが、お肉屋さん、アイスクリーム屋さん、薬局等、お店で店員さんに商品を取ってもらい時に「Can I have～」又は「Can I get」と言う表現をよく使います。
又、「肉」は「meat」と訳しますが、買い物するときは普段「肉」だけではなく、肉の種類を言うことが一般的です。分からなければ「cut of meat」と言えば通じると思います。
例：Can I have the third cut of meat from the back [front] in the second row from the left?

「後ろから３番目」：3 rows from the back
「前から３番目」：3 rows from the front
スーパーでお肉を買うとき、肉の種類も言った方が良いと思います。
「Can I have the skirt steak please. I want the one that is 2 columns from the left and 3 rows from the back」
はらみが欲しいです。左から2列目、後ろから3番目のお肉を下さい。
