責任を持っては be responsible などの表現を使うと良いと思います。
「責任を持って任務を行って欲しい」
"I want you to be responsible in carrying out the tasks" など
その他後者の to take responsibility などの表現が使われますが
責任を取るとの意味が同じです。
sense＝「感覚、認識」
responsibility＝「責任」
want 人 to～＝「人に～してほしい」
with a sense of responsibility＝「責任感を伴って（を持って）」
I want you to do this job with a sense of responsibility.
「君にはこの仕事を責任感をもって取り組んでほしい」
