I don't feel like I could work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
こんにちは。質問ありがとうございます。
自然な英文になるように、「~で働くなんてやっていける気がしない」を「~で働ける気がしない」に変えました。
I don't feel like I could → ~出来る気がしない
work → 働く
8 hours a day → 1日8時間
5 days a week → 週5日
「一日~時間」や「週~日」と言うときは、a かperを使います。
またの質問をお待ちしています。

I feel like I won't be able to work 8 hours a day 5 days a week.
If you want to express to someone that you aren't sure if you will be able to work 8 hours a day 5 days a week, you can say something like "I feel like I won't be able to work 8 hours a day 5 days a week." This is a good way to say this without coming off as snobby or rude.

Working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week seems exhausting. I don't think I can do it!
"long hours" typically refers to a situation where you have been busy for a long time. It always refers to someone working all the time. You can use this when you say that someone is never home and always at work- "My friend works long hours."
"exhausting"- This is a synonym for "tired/tiring". I used "exhausting because it is more expressive than just saying that something is "tiring".

I don't think I'm capable of working 8 hour days for 5 days a week.
Working a 9-5 means working from the hours of 9am till 5pm. Which are the normal office hours, which is an 8 hour day. (9am till 5pm, Monday to Friday). Saying that you don't feel like you are capable of something means that you don't think that you can do something/achieve something.

I don't want to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Notice we have two different names for this type of work or career; we can either call it a, "9 to 5 job," which more or less describes a regular corporate job that goes from Monday to Friday during standard business hours. The second example shows the same information but with more words and description.
