こんにちは！まさに日常会話で出てきそうな表現ですよね。
英訳例では3つ示させていただきましたが、まずは3つに共通する点をご説明しようと思います。
★3つの共通点
現在進行形で未来を表す
現在進行形は「いまやってる最中」を表す以外に、近い未来に確実に起こるようなことを言うときにも使います。「明日友達に会うつもり」のような場合にも使えます。しかしこの場合、Who is going to play who tonight? のように be going to もOKです。
また英訳例では Who's と表していますが、これは who is の短縮形です。
★（1）と（2）の共通点
・who が使える
「どこ」はチームを表しますが、英語では「誰」を意味する who を使うことができます。日本語では「どこ」英語では「誰」、この違い面白いですよね。もちろんチームではない個人の競技でも使えますよ！
・play の用法
play は他動詞では「〜と対戦する」、自動詞では「試合をする」という意味があります。そのため（1）では Who's playing who で「誰が誰と対戦するの？」、（2）では who's playing で「誰が試合をするの？」という意味になっています。
また、ちょっとややこしいことを言いますが、play against 〜で「〜と対戦する」という言い方をすることも可能です。
★（3）which teams
この例では[「どことどこ」に当てはまる言葉として which teams を使いました。teams と複数形にしている点に注意です。試合は1チームだけでは行えませんから。

チームとは、試合やスポーツで対戦している片側のグループの選手の集まりです。
Since sports matches pit one team against another, it can be correctly assumed that two teams will be playing against each other in a match at any given point in time. In this case, it is tonight.
You may also ask straightforwardly as in the second question.
So, you may ask:
Which teams are playing tonight?
or
Who is playing who tonight?
スポーツの試合とは別のチームと戦うことなので、その試合では2つのチームが互いに戦っているということになります。
以下のように表現することができます。
Which teams are playing tonight?
そのチームが今日試合をしているの？
Who is playing who tonight?
今夜はどことどこが対戦しているの？
For the first question above, most people will reply with the names of both teams playing. If they do not, it is easy to ask a follow-up question: "[Team A] against who?" Or "Verses..?"
"Who's playing who?" is a very common and colloquial way to phrase this question.
一つ目の質問には、普通対戦する両チームの名前で答えてくれます。もしそうでなかったら、続けて "[Team A] against who?"（[Team A] とどこですか？）または "Verses..?"（対戦相手は？）と聞くことができます。
"Who's playing who?"（どこ対どこですか）は非常に一般的でカジュアルな言い方です。
