蛆虫が大量にうじゃうじゃいたと言うことで、湧いたを表現することもできます。
「ゴミをこまめに捨てて」と言う時は

「もっと頻繁にゴミを捨ててくれる？」
throw out 「捨てる」
more often 「もっと頻繁に」
You shouldn't leave the garbage inside the can for too long.
「長い間ゴミをゴミ箱の中に置いておかない方が良い。」
こまめに捨ててという代わりに、長く置いておかないで、のようにも言えます。
