半年前って英語でなんて言うの？

「半年」は英語で half year または half a year と言います。一年（year）の半分（half) という意味です。それか普通に半年＝６ヶ月なので、 six months とも言えます。 時間に関する「〜前」は ago を使います。six months ago / half a year ago というと「半年前」になります。これは時間でも ago を使います。「３時間前」は three hours ago と言います。昔話とかでもよく long long ago （昔々）と使います。どうぞご参考に！
