「これ本当に作ったの？」は Did you really make this? とか You made this? となります。
「買ったんじゃなくて？」はYou didn't buy it?（買ったんじゃなくて？） とか Are you sure this isn't bought? （本当にこれ買ったものじゃないの？）とか It's not from the store? （お店のじゃないの？）などです。
基本的には「〜じゃなくて」は it's not 〜 というようになりますが、その文章にもよります。
