例外処理って英語でなんて言うの？

プログラミングの専門用語みたいですね。
ほぼ日本語の通りです！
例外→exception
処理→色々な訳語がありますが、大体processingやhandlingを使います。産業・実験・物理的な工程という環境でprocessingをよく使います。handlingはより物質からならないことについて使います。
例えば、

to be entrusted with the handling of 〇〇
〇〇の処理を一任された.

ですので、プログラミングの「例外処理」はexception handlingと言います。
