旨って英語でなんて言うの？

ちょっと場合によりますが、大体gistやto that effectという表現を使います。 例えば、 I'll explain the gist of that (私は)その旨を説明します。 Could you let me know the gist of that? 私にその旨を教えてもらえませんか。 He said something to that effect. 彼がその旨で何かを言った また、訳すと、「その旨」の何かの訳語が出るとは限りません。 例えば、 if it's iOS-specific, please make note of this. iOS固有の場合は、その旨を記載してください Please let me know about the matter その旨を私にお知らせください。 Please let me know if you can't attend 欠席される場合にはその旨ご返信ください。 ご参考になれば幸いです！
