この2つの表現の主な違いとしましては、"from the next lesson on"の方がより、「これ以降ずっと」という感じが出せます。

次回以降のレッスンというのを簡単に翻訳しますと「All future lessons」（これ以降のすべてのレッスン）になります。例文：We will discuss grammar during all future lessons 「次回以降のレッスンで文法について話します」
Lessons from next time onwardという言い方もあります。こちらの方が直訳です。例文：Lessons from next time onward will begin at 5:30 「次回以降のレッスンは5時半から始まります。」
