比喩表現を使って言いたい場合、squeeze out every last bit of one's strength と言えます。
「力を最後の一滴まで絞り出す」というニュアンスです。
I was on my last set at the gym and I was really tired. I had to squeeze out every last bit of my strength to finish it.
「ジムで最後のワンセットの時にものすごく疲れていた。終わらせるのに最後の力を振り絞らなければいけなかった。」
give all one has「持っている全てを（この場合は力を）出す」という言い方も使えます。
I gave it all I had to finish my first full marathon last weekend.
「先週末初めてのフルマラソンを完走するために持っている全ての力を振り絞った。」

英語だと辞書に書いてた通りで use what little strength one has left となります。
例：
I was so tired but I was so close to the top of the mountain that I used the little strength I had left to make it till the end.
（私はすごく疲れていたが山頂はすぐそこだったので残りの力を振り絞って最後までたどり着きました）
別の似た言い方だと use the last of my strength （力の残りを使い切る）となります。
日本語の直訳で squeeze till he last drop とはあまり英語では言いません。
