「pass」は時々合っていますが、「hand」の方が自然だと思います。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーMake sure you put it in my hand.  Why did you throw it on the floor when I had my hand out?
「ちゃんと手に渡して。手を出してるのに、なんで床に捨てるの？」
to throw ... on the floor「…を床に捨てる」
to have one's hand out「手を出す」
