指定された場所って英語でなんて言うの？

「待ち合わせ場所に行きましたが、誰もいませんでした。」

＊ went to: 〜へ行った
＊ meeting point: 待ち合わせ場所（meeting placeとも言います）
＊ no one: 誰も
＊ was there: そこにいなかった

"No one was at the designated place when I arrived there."
「私が指定された場所に着いた時は、誰もいませんでした。」

＊ designated place: 指定された場所
＊ when: 〜の時には
＊ arrived: 到着した、着いた
＊ there: そこに（この場合は、指定された場所を指します）

待ち合わせなどで「指定された場所」という場合は、

"the meeting place/point as promised"

"the meeting place we had promised"

"promised"「約束した・約束された」という意味です。

「待ち合わせに指定された場所に行ったが誰もいなかった。」という場合は、

"I went to the meeting place/point as promised but no one showed up."

"I went to the meeting place/point we had promised but nobody showed up."

また、決まった場所などの「指定された場所」という場合は、

"the designated space/place"

という表現を使います。

"Please return your cart to the designated space."
「カートを指定された場所に戻してください。」
