When talking it is fine to just say `we are going to the park today' although that doesn't describe what type of park you are going to so if you said " we are going to the beach park today" then the person would know it was a park by the beach
A seaside park is a park near the seaside or beach

The three sentences you see provided above are excellent ways to express to your listener what a park near an ocean or sea is. In each sentence you will notice an adjective describing the park. Each of these words(seashore, seaside, waterside) all mean an area by the sea or ocean.
