I can’t speak English well compared to my colleagues. - 会社の人に比べたら、英語うまく話せない。（こちらの方が質問に近いと思います）
To compare - 比べる
Colleague - 同僚、職場の人
My English is nothing special compared to all the people around me. - 周りの人に比べたら私の英語は大したものではありません。
〇〇 is nothing special - 〇〇は大したものではない。直訳すると「〇〇には特別なものは何もない」。例えば: I saw your ex-husband’s new girlfriend, she is nothing special - あなたの元の旦那さんの新しい彼女を見たけど、全然大したものじゃなかった。

I don't speak English as well as most of the people I work with.
My English is not as good as most of my co-workers.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーI don't speak English as well as most of the people I work with.
「同僚の人たちほど上手に英語を話せない」
ーMy English is not as good as most of my co-workers.
「私の英語は同僚たちほど上手ではない」
