最初の言い方は、実家と同じ暮らしをしたいなら今の2倍稼ぐ必要がありますという意味として使いました。
最初の言い方では、like you had lived in your parent's house は実家のような暮らしをしたかったらという意味として使います。then はそれならという意味として使いました。you would have to earn 2 times more than you do right now は今より2倍稼がなくてはならないという意味として使います。
二つ目の言い方は、実家みたいな暮らしがしたいなら、今の稼ぎより2倍は稼がなくてはならないという意味として使いました。
二つ目の言い方では、back at your home は実家で住んでたらという意味として使います。your salary will have to be more than what it currently is は給料あるいは稼ぎが今より2倍ではないといけませんという意味として使いました。
