「嫌々」を直訳するとunwillingly（本当はやりたくないという気持ちを見せながらやる）と言いますが、日常的な場面ではunwillinglyとはあまり言いません。こういった直訳はないですが、だいたい態度にまつわる言い方を使えます。たとえば、こういう日常的な場面では普通にdon't like（好きじゃない）と言います。また、お母さんが子供の態度についてしかるときは、If you're going to be like that/If you're going to act like that（そんな態度をとるなら）ともよく言います。「食べなくていい」はyou don't have to eat it、「もう上げない」はI won't give you anymoreという意味です。
例文
嫌々しないでちゃんと家事をやればもっと早く終わるよ。
If you stop acting like that, you'll finish your chores faster.
野菜は嫌々食べない。
Stop complaining and eat your vegetables.（直訳：文句言わないで野菜を食べなさい。）

欲しくなさそうに食べているなら下のように言えます。

だらだら遊び食いしてしまっている場合は下のように言ったらいいです。
ーIf you're going to play with it like that then don't eat it. You won't be getting anymore of that.
「そんな風に遊び食いしないで。もうあげないからね。」
You won't be getting anymore of that. を直訳すると「あなたはそれをもう貰うことはない」となり「もうあげない」と言うニュアンスになります。
