地震が全然ないわけじゃないって英語でなんて言うの？

私の住んでいる沖縄は沖縄が少ないと言われています。
よく他県の友達から、
「沖縄って地震ないんでしょ～？」
と言われますが、
全然ないわけじゃないよ！
とはどういうのでしょうか？

「～わけじゃない！」という言い方には英語で「It's not like...」あるいは「It's not that...」 という表現が使えます。これは「It's not like there is no earthquake in Okinawa/It's not like it doesn't occur any earthquake in Okinawa,　少ないけれども沖縄でも地震があるのよ～」
occur＝起きる
earthquake＝地震
It doesn't mean there is no earthquake in Okinawa.=この文も同じく「沖縄には地震が起きないわけじゃない！」という意味ですね。＝（Just because there are few earthquakes in Okinawa,it doesn't mean there's no earthquake.=沖縄には地震が少ないからといって、地震がないわけじゃない。）

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

A: There are no earthquakes in Okinawa, are there?
「沖縄って地震がないんでしょ？」

B: It's not like they don't have any earthquakes at all.
「地震が全然ないってわけじゃないよ」
it's not like ... で「…というわけではない」と言えます。
